Message	a title for a shell I bought from him. In the end I had to find out who owned the car before him and get a reprint from him. All Roman would say is excuse after excuse. When in the end I found out he never reg. the car in his name, owed the last guy 2k for some parts and just didn't want to show his face around the place he bought it from.
